Stuart Gough

Stuart has been with the practice since qualifying from Edinburgh in 1993. As the practice has evolved over the years his primary clinical role has become farm orientated. As farm vets our main task is to ensure that the meat and milk which reaches your kitchen from British Farms is safe and produced to the highest standards of Welfare. Outside work he enjoys turning our British Farm produce into food to be enjoyed over a glass of foreign wine!

Chris Luckhurst

Chris qualified from Edinburgh in 1984 and after an initial stint in Newquay settled in Callington. He has a wealth of experience across all species. He is a member of the British Cattle Veterinary Association, the Sheep Veterinary Society, the British Equine Veterinary Association and the Goat Veterinary Society.

Sarah

Sarah came back to her roots in Cornwall joining the Calweton team in June 2012 having gained a degree in Animal Science at the University of Nottingham and subsequently her veterinary degree at the University of Liverpool. With a keen interest in all things cows she continues to develop her interests in calf health, cattle fertility and infectious diseases. Camelid medicine also forms a large portion of her working week. In her spare time you can find her dog walking, scuba diving and advancing her skills as a wildlife photographer.

In March 2017, she Joined Chris and Stuart as a Director at Calweton Veterinary Group.
